کل شام 4بجے نرسز ایکشن کمیٹی کی 3 رکنی مذاکراتی ٹیم جس میں اعجاز علی کلیری ،غلام دستگیر اور قیوم مروت شامل تھے ہیلتھ ڈیپارٹمنٹ سندھ میں چھٹی کے باوجود آفس میں مذاکرات ہوئے مذاکرات کے بعد جوائنٹ ایکشن کمیٹی کے رہنما پریس کلب کراچی آئے تو ہیلتھ ڈپارٹمینٹ کے ایڈیشنل سیکریٹری ایڈمن ۱ جمال الدین جلالانی اور ایڈیشنل سیکریٹری ایڈمن 2 بخش علی مہر ان کے ھمراہ تھے

میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے ایڈیشنل سیکریٹری ۱ نے کہا کہ وزیر اعلی سندھ سید مراد علی شاہ کے اور ایڈیشنل چیف سیکریٹری ھیلتھ محمد عثمان چاچڑ کے احکامات پہ سندھ کے نرسز کے تمام مطالبات منظور کیے جاتے ہیں

مطالبات میں 4 ٹیئر فارمولا کے تحت پروموشنز اور اپگریڈیشن،سندھ بھر کی نرسز کو ھیلتھ پروفیشنل الائونس،430سے زائد طلبہ کے اسپیشل امتحان کے لئے کمیٹی تشکیل دیدی گئی،سندھ بھر کی نرسز کو BSCN اور MScN کے لئے ڈیپوٹیشن اور گریڈ 18 سے 19 کے پروموشنز کے لئے فوری بورڈ کا قیام کے مطالبات بھی منظور کئی گئے، نرسز کی بی ایس 16 میں 1200 نئی بھرتیوں کے لئے سندھ پبلک سروس کمیشن کو خط لکھا جائے گا ، اس کے علاوہ نرسز کی نئی پوسٹیں منظور کرنے کا بھی اعلان کیا گیا

سندھ بھر کے نرسز اسکولوں کو ڈی ڈی او پاور دینے کی یقین دھانی کروائی گئی ، طلبہ کے وظیفے کا مطالبا بھی منظور کیا گیا

اس کے بعد جوائنٹ نرسز ایکشن کمیٹی کے رہنما اعجاز علی کلیری نے میڈیا اور سندھ کے نرسز سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جو باتیں میڈیا سے کی گئی ہیں وہ ریکارڈ پر ہیں،ہم مطمئن ہیں کے ہمارے مطالبات منظور کیے گئے ہیں اور مطالبات کی منظوری وزیر اعلیٰ سندھ کے احکامات کے تحت ہوئے ہیں اسلئے اب پریشان ہونے کی ضرورت نہیں

جوائنٹ نرسز ایکشن کمیٹی کے رھنمائوں نے میڈیا نمائندگان کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے احتجاجی دھرنا ختم کرتے ہوئےسندھ بھر کے تمام ھسپتالوں میں سروسز بحال کرنے کا اعلان کردیا
