فیڈرل نرسز کے الائونسز بڑھانے کا نوٹیفیکیشن کیسے جاری ہوا؟

وزیر اعظم پاکستان آفس سےفیڈرل نرسز کے الائونسز اور سٹوڈنٹ نرسز کی سٹائپنڈ بڑھانے کا نوٹیفیکیشن جاری کر دیا گیا۔
وفاقی نرسنگ اداروں سٹوڈنٹ نرسز کا ماہانہ وظیفہ 6800 سے بڑھا کر 20000 ہزار کر دیا گیا ہے۔ وفاقی ہسپتالوں میں کام کرنے والی تمام نرسز کا ماہانہ میس الاونس 500 سے بڑھا کر 8000 کردیا گیا ہے۔ تمام فیڈرل نرسز کا ڈریس الائونس 600 سے بڑھا کر 3000 کر دیا گیا ہے۔
وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا نے کچھ مہینے پہلے ان الائونسز میں جون کے مہینے میں اضافہ کرنے کا وعدہ کیا تھا۔ فیڈرل نرسز جوائنٹ ایکشن کمیٹی اور تمام فیڈرل نرسز اس فیصلے پر حکومت کے شکرگزار ہیں۔ لیکن اس کے ساتھ ساتھ تمام فیڈرل نرسز یہ بھی التجا کرتے ہیں کہ نرسز کے دوسری دیرینہ مسائل کو بھی حل کیا جائے۔
ان مسائل میں وفاقی ہسپتالوں میں نرسز کی شدید کمی،  نرسز کا سروس سٹرکچر، نرسز کی پروموشن، نرسنگ ایڈوائزر کی پوسٹ کی بحالی، وفاقی نرسنگ ڈائیریکٹر کا قیام اور دیگر مطالبات شامل ہیں۔


فیڈرل نرسز جوانٹ ایکشن کمیٹی کے نمائندگان نے   نومبر میں وفاقی منسٹر براۓ نیشنل ہیلتھ سروسز ریگولیشنز اینڈ کوآرڈینیشن جناب عامر محمود کیانی سے ملاقات کی اور اپنے مسائل سے آگاہ کیا۔ 


نومبر 2018 میں ہی فیڈرل نرسز جوائنٹ ایکشن کمیٹی کے ممبران نے پالیمانی سیکریٹری برائے صحت ڈاکٹر نوشین حامد سے ان کے آفس میں ملاقات کی اور ان کو اپنے مسائل سے آگاہ کیا۔ 

جب نرسز کے مطالبات حل کرنے میں حکومتی سنجیدگی نظر نا آئی تو نرسز نے کالی پٹی باندھ کر احتجاج ریکارڈ کرایا۔

اگلے مرحلے میں ہسپتالوں کے باہر احتجاجی مظاہرے کئیے گئے۔
وزیر اعظم کے معاون خصوصی ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا کو بھی نرسز کے مسائل کے بارے میں آگاہ کیا گیا۔ 


بالآخر نرسز کو پولی کلینک ہسپتال کی او پی ڈی کا بائی کاٹ کرنا پڑا۔
ڈاکٹر نوشین حامد کی یقین دہانی پر نرسز نے اپنا احتجاج ملتوی کر دیا۔
ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا نے نرسز کے کچھ مسائل فوری حل کرنے کا وعدہ کیا اور باقی مسائل مسائل حل کرنے کی بھی یقین کرائی

بالآخر ڈاکٹر ظفر مرزا نے وفاقی نرسز کے الائونسز اور سٹوڈنٹ نرسز کا سٹائپنڈ صوبوں کے برابر بڑھانے کا باضابطہ اعلان کیا۔

 وفاقی نرسز کے دوسرے مسائل ابھی بھی حل طلب ہیں جن کے حل کے لئیے فیڈرل نرسز جوائنٹ ایکشن کمیٹی اپنی جدوجہد جاری رکھے گی۔ لیکن مالی مشکلات کے باوجود حکومت نے نرسز کے الائونسز صوبوں کے برابر کرنے کا نوٹیفیکیشن جاری کیا جس کے لئیے ہم حکومت کے مشکور ہیں۔
