CON-NICH Students Shine: A Cultural Fair Celebrating Pakistan's Heritage & Nursing Care

In a resplendent display of academic excellence and cultural richness, the College of Nursing @ National Institute of Child Care (CON-NICH) organized an impressive education-cum- cultural seminar, showcasing the diverse heritage of Pakistan with focus on their health beliefs.

A Symphonic Blend of Colors, Blissfulness & Wisdom 

Young female students of BSN, Sem-6 hailing from home province Sindh, Balochistan, Punjab, KPK and Gilgit Baltistan presented impressive multi-media presentations on traditional home remedies, diets, and health practices and health beliefs highlighting the country's healthy-wealthy cultural of folk wisdom.

Besides multi media presentation at majestic NICH Auditorium vibrant stalls, meticulously crafted by the students were installed at the rooftop of the college building.

 The colorful stalls offered a glimpse into the provinces' unique lifestyles, health perceptions and management beliefs spanning thousands of years practiced in the landscapes of Indus Valley from terrains of Hamalya, Hidukush and Qaraquram Mountains to Sindhu Sagar of Arabian Sea.

The Seminar transformed into a national cultural fare with students donning colorful cultural attires and exuding infectious enthusiasm to explain what was arranged at their individual stalls. The Evaluators Professor Nazir Buriro along Research HoD NICH  were minutely evaluating their various aspects as Jury.

The various guests from Universities: Zia ud Din, Suhail Hamdard Jinnah Sindh Medical and nursing colleges: JPMC, NICVD, Korangi and many others also witnessed both presentations and exhibition stalls.

 Nursing ICONS, Adminis & Allied Health Scholars Lauded Outstanding Performances 

Esteemed guests including Professor Nasir Saleem Saddal, ED NICH, Ms. AfshaN Nazli (ZUFONAM) Mr. Aijaz Ali Kaleri Ex.Member PNMC, Major Munaza Parvin, Associate Prof.SU and few other distinguished personalities, praised the exceptional performance of the students ably led by Principal Shabana Wazir Solang and her able faculty team.

The seminar cemented NICH College's reputation as a beacon of nursing education and excellent training in Karachi, Sindh, and Pakistan.
