Discussion about Post-RN BScN Second post: Post-RN BScN is a 2-year bridging degree program which offered to registered nurses (RNs) who have a 3-year diploma in general nursing on the basis of matric or intermediate, have three years of work experience and one-year specialty. The degree of this program is equal to 16 years of education and its' holder can apply for the posts of 17th grade. The first Post-RN program was initiated in 1988 at Aga khan University. The Post-RN BScN graduates are capable of working in the first-line management and teaching positions as they have the needed experience. Now there are more than 5000 nurses who have completed the Post-RN BScN program in Pakistan. #PostRNBScN

The Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC) has introduced a new uniform dress code for nurses working in clinical settings across the country. The announcement, in an official letter from the PNMC dated January 31, 2024, stated guidance about professional attire of nursing staff in Pakistan.
