The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC), functioning under the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development, Government of Pakistan, announces job openings for qualified staff nurses at Sunway Healthcare Hospital in Malaysia.  

Available Positions:


1. ICU Nurse:

Candidates must possess a Diploma in Nursing OR a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minimum of 02 years of clinical experience. 

2. Operation Theatre Nurse:

Applicants are required to have the same qualifications as ICU nurses, focusing on Operation Theatre expertise.

3. Pediatric Nurse:

Open to both male and female nurses not exceeding 45 years of age, offering specialized allowances for pediatric care.

Compensation & Benefits:

The base monthly salary is between 3,000 - 4,500 RM with additional allowances for general nursing (700 RM), ICU and OT (1,000 RM), degree (400 RM), and post-basic (800 RM). 

  •  Work includes three shifts and six days per week, with a total of 45 hours.
  • A two-year employment contract with approval from the Malaysian Nursing Board.
  •  Accommodation provided is free, shared hostel facilities with basic amenities, including free Wi-Fi. Utilities are shared among employees.

New Nurses Uniform by Pakistan Nursing and Midwifery Council (January 2024)

The Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC) has introduced a new uniform dress code for nurses working in clinical settings across the country. The announcement, in an official letter from the PNMC dated January 31, 2024, stated guidance about professional attire of nursing staff in Pakistan.
